3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans as described on our website. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change with notice.

3.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of subscription. We accept payment methods as specified during the ordering process.

3.3 Renewal

Annual subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will be contacted prior to expiration if you wish to renew your subscription. Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly digital subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Print subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content published in Capitalfoundation magazine, including text, images, graphics, and layout, is owned by Capitalfoundation or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 License to Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read Capitalfoundation magazine content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4.3 Restrictions

You may not:
